Overall, things went relatively well. Jim was very professional throughout the process. He did his best to sell our home for us, even hosting an Open House which led to a buyer and a contract. But due to circumstances beyond our control, including the elderly buyers backing out and the market being so tough, we decided to pull our house off the market. It was in no way a reflection upon Jim, just a personal decision.
