Furniture - Sales
Very professional, customer oriented, knowledgeable, polite, helpful. Attention focused on you while they are engaged with you. Never left us alone to take phone calls or attend to another customer. Delivery was prompt even on special orders. Financing was easy and hassel free. Delivery people were courteous and helpful. Responsive to questions and prompt in returning calls. Kept us informed about staus of special orders on an regular basis. Delivery was smooth and on time as promised. A little pricy but fair given the high quality of the furniture. Excellant customer service. All in all a very positive experience.
