I called and made the appointment yesterday morning. The work took an hour and a half. After the work was complete, the woman told me the additional cost was $27. She explained they did not stock that filter and they had to outsource the filter and put an extra quart of oil in. I thought that everything was included with the coupon, but she said that it was not. I will not be using their services in the future.
