Gold's Gym - Augusta

I don't attend regularly however the staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean. The are pushy if you don't just tell them at first you aren't interested in a trainer but if they know they leave you alone are still nice.

.I have been a member of gold's gym for a year. I have toned up a lot and had a trainer. I don't go as often as I used to because I met my goals. My husband's blood pressure has gone down and he has met all his goals. The staff are really nice and always pleasant. They help you if you have a concern.

I dislike a lot of the greeters and the people standing at the front desk of Gold's Gym - Augusta who are scanning the cards. They're not very people friendly. They do not have very good people skills. I also don't like some of the equipment in there. Definitely needs to be replaced. That's what you're being charged for a membership. I tried to cancel my membership and I had to send it in writing.

They're fine. The equipment is good.

Staff is really nice and the facility is very clean. Also like the atmosphere..leave you alone while you're exercising.

I have a monthly membership. When they first opened, it was just $10 a month. So, I thought I would try it out just to see if I could replace the other membership because it was cheaper. I have ended up keeping both because I still like the other fitness center better. So, I have both the memberships now. It is not really hurting for $10 a month. My experience with Gold's Gym has been good. I like that they have some pieces of equipment that the other fitness center doesn't have. So, they may have a little more variety. However, Gold's Gym is much more crowded and the equipment that you want to use is not always available. That's what I dislike about them.
