There was no charge. It went well- we are very satisfied. The workers and office staff were fine. They did a good job.

I wouldn't step foot in there again. This was not my first experience with them but I figured I'd give it another go. As a woman, alone, buying a vehicle they apparently think you're 'a mark'. I don't like being spoken down to. I don't like the impression you don't know what price a vehicle is, and have to keep going back in to see what a particular car price is....you have a list, you know, I know I didn't like the way I was redirected to what I didn't want. Really? And the smart a** comment about and quot;I guess this isn't your first time at the rodeo.and quot; TOTALLY was the breaking point. I LEFT. I was looking and willing to purchase. I didn't tell them that...so they lost a customer. PERIOD.
Like I said I've looked there before, always this slow got all day attitude, wearing you down to the point of being physically exhausted, I was willing to give it another go. Remember...always be willing to walk! And don't take my and quot;I'm just lookingand quot; to mean I'm not willing to purchase.

Two other places quoted us prices in the $500-$600 range because of the parts that were needed in order to fix it. But this is one instance that to was better to I to the dealer than anywhere else because of how and quot;intricatelyand quot; designed Hondas are. My husband is very cautious when dealing with dealerships/auto places so our technician felt his resistance and assured us that there would be no funny business. He quoted us a price and stuck with it even when a minor difficulty arose. He even sent us a card in the mail thanking us for using their service. This is one dealership that we will go back to and recommend.

The service was explained and executed as described to us during the consultation. We left the vehicle at the dealership with instructions to call us when it was ready for pickup. After we were called, we arrived at the specified time and the vehicle was ready and the price was as stated in the preliminary consultation. The service was done well and no mess was left on or in the vehicle.

We went car shopping and told them what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay, they would only show us used cars and cars that they were trying to move off the lot. and it didn't match our price range or what we said we were looking for in a car. They were extremely pushy and showed no concern. I would have drove away in a car that day had they not been so disconnected in the sale. I went to Taylor Hyundai and bought a car instead. Never assume the customer isn't buying even if I say I'm looking. Rule of thumb

They were great because they called me and reminded me when I'm supposed to have my service done and they kept all my records and my car rental at the top. Their service was good. I will use them again in the future.

They were very good and helpful. The service is completed on time and even if it is something big they are still done timely.

They are a dealership. I have had some poor service from them many years ago. They have been very responsive as far as taking care of things properly when we schedule service. I have had a somewhat mixed experience with them.
