The only snag with this company was some scheduling confusion. The contractor said he'd be out one day to install posts, but didn't show. I called--and everyone was pleasant and apologetic--but there seemed to be continued confusion about when everything would be installed. It wasn't a big deal for us, as we were not in a huge hurry.
