We had a chair and an ottoman reupholstered. The pieces look fabulous. The chair is now very comfortable to sit in and it looks great.

The Furniture Doctor representative came out to do an estimate. They picked up our cabinets and took them in for stripping and resealing. They look just super. The pieces were Ethan Allen, but the finish dated the pieces. Now they fit in with our new living room paint job. The job was very professional from start to finish.

Very well. Came to my home ---did the work --and were gone. I was told if I had any problems to call them.

We took a rocking horse to them that had been damaged by UPS and they said that they could not repair it. So, they gave us actual documentation so that we could get UPS to pay for it. They took pictures and they wrote an explanation of the damage and why it could not be repaired. So that we could get the rocking horse paid for. Through the mailing service because they had broken it. So, that is what we used them for. We appreciated their honesty. They did not charge us 300 dollars repairing something that would not have been safe for our child.

They were wonderful, very good and very professional. They did wonderful and excellent work. I can do business with them with confidence. They returned the chair last week. It went wonderfully well. They were polite, timely and got the job done. They did a beautiful job and it's not cheap but it's worth it because they do such nice work. I had to pay for quality.

The company was professional and gave us realistic time estimates for completion of the work. The results were better than I expected. That says a lot because I am very particular.

They were prompt and courteous. They also waived the estimate fees and picked up the armoire which was about to fall apart. They repaired it and polished it. They ordered square head nails to match the antique nails used in its original construction and also ordered a period lock for it as well. When they were finished the brought the armoire back and placed it exactly where my wife wanted it.

My wife was shocked at how good the armoire looked after their repair work.

Called for an estimate on the labor, the gentlemen was prompt and very courteous.
They offered to pickup and deliver the furniture at no additional cost.
I was quoted 2-weeks and that is how long it took; from pickup to delivery.

I was at first taken aback by the the price quoted for the repair and refinish, but after receiving the finished product, I was completely satisfied. The work done was beautiful and way better than anything I could have done myself. I will use them again to refinish an old table I own.

They do wonderful and beautiful work but you pay for what you get. They are very quick, within 2 or 3 days you have your furniture back.
