After consulting several different types of companies and paying a roofing company to fix a leak, I contacted Richard at Evans Exterior Solutions because the leak was not fixed. He immediately came out, assessed the issue and assured me that he could resolve the problem. He accompanied his workmen to make certain they understood what was to be done. The job was completed and after an all day rain, no leak. I am extremely pleased with the work and wish I had contacted Evans Exterior Solutions first. I highly recommend Richard and his company. He absolutely does his job with honesty and integrity.

Mr. Dey and his team came in and performed exactly as stated. There was a delay of materials, but Mr. Dey ensured us that everything would be done on time, and efficiently. Per request, everything was completed to standard. Not only that, they did fairly well at maintaining my landscape during their work. Unlike some of the other roofing services I seen working the neighborhood, they relocated breakable items in my front yard, had the dumpster positioned prior to starting the project, and swept the yard a couple of times with me to look for debris and loose nails. They completed enough checkboxes for me to be a repeat customer of their services.

I was actually waiting to hear from you and/or him with some increments on that roof tie in and surface area. Without the measurements or blue prints I cannot give you an accurate estimate on the metal roof project sir. I do understand your frustration , I could not get him on the phone but I did send him a text message with your contact information. He gave me a thumbs up on the text. I took that as he was going to set up an appointment with you. Again I do apologize for him not responding in a timely fashion sir. He is not associated with our company but was just a suggestion. If you have somebody that can frame that up I can help with the estimate. We do the best we can to assist with all projects but the framing is out of licensed parameters. Evans Exterior Solutions provided outstanding workmanship, quality, and value. Richard Dey arrived for the estimate ON TIME – actually a few minutes early. The roof replacement began ON TIME – actually a few minutes early - with an experienced crew, “state of the art” materials [synthetic roof underlayment and “Boot Pipe Bullets”], and Owens Corning “Oakridge" shingles. Shutters were also replaced and guttering removed. The job was completed ON TIME.

We hired Evans Exterior Solutions to replace our roof, siding and windows. They were always punctual, professional and very personable. We added two door replacements and gutters after the job was started and they added these items with no problems. Richard Dey oversaw the project daily and ensured that eveything went smoothly. Called for a quote and Richard was at our house within a few days. After receiving the quote we were ready to move forward with the work and a couple days later the work was done! We had a couple other companies provide quotes on this work and Evans Exterior Solutions was the most price competitive as well as the most timely. The Evans Exterior Solutions crew did a very good job, with each team member doing his part. The entire job took 3 days, with heavy rain stopping work one day, and the crew working late the third day to finish the job. They did a very good job of cleaning up when the job was complete. We had one piece of trim that didn't look quite right, and they came back promptly and replaced it. The garden window allows much more light to enter the kitchen and is a wonderful addition.

It went extremely well. Richard was very professional and offered several different options and price points. I went with the type he suggested (1000% better than original windows and they fit my budget). The windows were ordered and replaced in no time. I didnt feel pressured to make a decision (like the other widow companys that gave me an estimate).

My experience with Evans Exterior Solutions was wonderful. All appointments and schedules were met on or ahead of time. Work crew was knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and efficient, finishing the job ahead of schedule. Cleanup was phenomenal, leaving my yard cleaner than when they started the work. They even used a magnetic roller to pick up stray nails. No flat tires or stepping on nails after the job. The post job walk through revealed no issues, and the roof looks fantastic. Richard Dey is the owner and he was present at the beginning of the work, at the completion and periodically throughout the job to monitor progress. Researching what I should be paying to have my roof replaced, I found the cost of the roof replacement, using highest quality materials, to be extremely competitive and fair. I am pleased with my new roof, and am equally pleased to recommend Richard Dey and Evans Exterior Solutions for any roof replacement.
