We received a quote on a new type of paint job they had just started offering. Dropped truck off Monday; and it was supposed to be ready on Friday, it was not ready until the following Friday. We noticed paint run and missed spots. The trim around new glass, which they had subbed out, was installed incorrectly; the manager said bring it back in one week for touch-up. It was dropped off on Monday and picked up ten days later. It looked worse the second time. They told us to bring it back in two weeks for a total repaint. It was dropped off on Monday and picked up 12 days later. It looked better, but still had swirl marks in the paint. It spent over four weeks down there and was not worth what we paid. We were the first customer to get that new type of paint job and they just couldn't get it right.
