On January 25, 2019 at 5:55 AM Lost power in home - no heat (27 degrees) Freezer and refrigerator loaded with meats. Called two emergency 24 hour electrician one said they could see me around 9:30 the other told me 2:30 in the afternoon. Call Duggan, crew was out working another emergency. LeeAnn, who very concerned, said she would call a worker at home and would send him to my home before he started his regular shift. A few minutes later Calvin was at my front door. Came in fixed the problem and checked outlets. Very nice, Very professional. I thanked God for LeeAnn and Calvin. If I need help with any electrical, heating or air condition problem, Duggan's will be the ONLY company I call

RIPOFF ALERT...Had them come out to check heating unit..I asked the tech once he came in with the part that was bad, how much. He said $165..I was like ok...when I got the receipt from him..it was $165 plus $85 dollar fee..they charged me $165.00 for what amounted to a $6 part..and then the manager Lynn, calls me to explain their ripoff prices..she was rude and arrogant...do not use these people for any of your HVAC concerns.

We have a service contract with them. Their prices are comparable to everyone else.

'I am in their Comfort Club I pay $197 per year. They come out and check everything twice a year for that price and you get a discount if your furnace breaks down. Allen Canter has come out twice and has listened to my complaints and fixed every issue I've had. During the spring cleaning which was the best cleaning and check I have ever had. I was asking him about our dust issue. He recommended an electronic filter and returned the following week to install it. He said to give it a month but we saw an instant improvement. I was vacuuming everyday before and having to empty my vacuum 6x the day after I only had to empty 3x a week later I only had to empty it once and it wasn't even 1/2 full. After going through several other companies that took my money and did nothing but bad mouth other companies I am extremely happy with Duggan's.
