I originally started with another buyers agent, but when the house I fell in love with turned out to be represented by the buyers agent, she put me in touch with Delane Ramey to handle my end of the transaction. Delane is very professional and thorough. She is in touch on nearly a daily basis, walking me through all the facets of my first home purchase. So far there have been no surprises because Delane has spent much time preparing me for every step of the process. NOTE: I listed my cost as $0 because as the buyer in this transaction, the 3% commission is being paid by the seller.
