Davis Insulation And Window Co

I have hired this company to have gutter installed around my house five years ago. They did excellent job. But when I asked them to give me an estimate to replace two downspouts on front of my house two weeks ago, they never came even if I called three times the office and called three times to Randy, who is doing estimate. I have been deeply disappointed with how they are handing their job.

Okay, except for miscalculation of several downspouts.

I cannot say enough good things about Davis Installation. They were professional and responsive at every turn. GREAT value!!  I would definitely use them again.

It was fine.  They showed up on time.  They got it done quick and we haven't had any problems since. 

Service was excellent!  This is the second time I've used Davis Insulation to install gutters on my home.  Service seemed to have improved since my last encounter; looks as though MASCO is allowing Davis Insulation to handle more of their own business (scheduling). 
I was able to call Davis Insulation directly to schedule an estimate.  Randy was very professional and promptly scheduled the estimate.  Randy explained the process and all of the items on the estimate and asked if/when I was ready to install to call him directly to schedule service.  I called on a Monday to schedule service and had an appointment for that Thursday.  The installation team called when they were on their way to my home for the install.  The installation team was very professional, they did an excellent job on the install and clean up.  I'm very pleased with the service; waiting for a rain to come and validate the experience.

The estimate was great; the process was explained in detail. On the date of installation, the time of expected service had passed with no phone calls. I called to see what was going on and didn't receive a clear answer from the office I had to wait for the estimator to call me back. I did receive a call from the estimator who apologized for the no show; he was unaware of any issues that would have caused a delay in service.
A few days later an installer did arrive and installed the gutters and downspouts. The installer was courteous, went over the plans and explained what he would be doing. When he was finished, I was asked to look over everything. He cleaned up before leaving.
Davis Installation is a part of MASCO now, which takes a lot of the small "hometown" business aspects away; all of the scheduling has to go through a process elsewhere (I think it was out of the office in Columbia, SC). Calling the local office wasn't much help.
The overall price and quality of the work was excellent. The punctuality of the project was less than desirable.

First Davis Insulation's parent company is Masco Contracting Services, in case you are not in the Augusta, GA area. Davis Insulation just completed repairing my crawlspace. The crew and salesperson, Randall Boatright, were excellent. They replaced the aging and torn up vapor barrier with a 6 -mil black vapor barrier that is much more durable than the old one that was installed years ago but got torn up by plumbers and others who have been under there over the years. They installed missing insulation. They sealed all cracks and gaps, and they re-hung loose wires and cables. Also, they sealed up the vents so there won't be chilly, damp, or hot air blowing under the house any more. In addition, Randall explained exactly what they were going to do before they started. He also explained what the crawlspace needed and didn't need so that I could keep my costs within reason. I thought that was very professional of him. Their fee was very fairly priced. In addition, if anything goes wrong, Davis Insulation will come right over to correct it, and they are located in my area within minutes of my home. One other thing, they used American-made materials, not cheap Chinese white plastic sheet that is marketed as vapor barrier material but shouldn't be used for that. I found that out myself before calling Davis Insulation, so I knew exactly what they were supposed to use or not use before I talked to anyone at Davis. Davis Insulation is an excellent and reliable company. I will use them again in a minute if the need arises.

The provide great service even though they had a mixup on the color they took down the wrong color and put up the correct color without any fuss. I would highly reccomend using them for gutters.

Did an incredibly quick, but professional job. The two installers worked through a rainstorm to finish. Always had good experiences with Davis Insulation.

The company was recommended by our realtor and I'm glad she did. The price I paid for was half of what another company quoted. And they did a very good job in installing our gutters and downspouts. They were very patient in dealing with me since I was calling them back and forth from out of state. The guy came to install the gutters. He was very professional and finished the job in no time.

Installers were prompt and professional, and quick. Worked through a heavy rain to finish.
