Came as he said he would ordered the part and came back the next day and installed the part. the 152.00 charge was extremely high.

They were prompt. The guy took a good length of time to research the problem i was having. I was basically happy with them. The project is still pending, he still has to finish it.

Everything was done quicker and at a better price than I expected. Robert had the knowledge and skill to perform the repair quickly and cleaned up the laundry room before he left. He was pleasent and very helpful and I will call Davis the next time I have a problem. I have no don'ts.

Chuck arrived on time and was very polite and efficient. The refrigerator was positioned between cabinets, and was impossible for me to move. But Chuck had no problem pulling it out away form the wall. After I told him that it wasn't cooling, he suspected the and quot;Main Boardand quot;. First, he just removed the cover and looked at it, but he saw nothing wrong.Then, he removed it, and showed me a scorched area on the back of the board, so, he was right, after all! He made a call to confirm that the part was available, then he went to get the part and returned promptly. It took only a few minutes to install the part, and he tried to keep the area neat. Also, he was very careful as he maneuvered the refrigerator back into its place.

Called the store and scheduled date for repair. Technician was prompt in arriving at scheduled time. He checked the refrigerator, determined the problem and repaired. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The store personnel were courteous when I called. I am pleased with the service provided, I think the price was fair and I will use Davis again for my repair problems.

My refridgerator stopped working and I called Davis based on previous use of them by my roommate. They understood the importance of quick response. The serviceman arrived on schedule, listened patiently to my description of the problem, answered all of my questions clearly and was realistic about the condition of the fridge and my options to repair or replace. He cleaned up after himself. As a first-time home owner with little experience in these things, I rely on referrals and the honesty and proficiency of service companies that I use. Davis more than met my expectations, the technician was professional, competent, courteous and efficient.

I think the service fee is a little high. They charge a $75.00 travel charge. Then they still charge you for labor and parts. They always have a good quality of work. They show up time. The workers are friendly and polite.

We went to their showroom and picked up a new washing machine. They delivered the machine and also installed it for us. Their showroom left a lot to be desired, but their price was good. They came out quickly and on time when we want to have something fixed.
