CREIGHTON LAIRCEY CO INC

Creighton Laircey has been to our house twice with two different technicians. The first for AC maintenance in the spring and the second for Heating maintenance in the winter. The second technician tried to upsell us a new motor for the heater and brand new duct work for the entire house. Realizing he was full of it, we hired another company and sure enough - everything was in perfect working order. Even worse the unit had apparently never been cleaned, including by the first CL technician. Terrible company.

It was a very seamless process, and we were really pleased. They explained all of our options to us and provided us with very fair quote for a quality unit. Their team arrived when they said they would and even worked to get the job done in the pouring rain. That's dedication! Our new hvac unit works SO much better than the previous one. We're very happy with it. Great job!

I had a few heating and air companies come give me estimates for a new system. Had a mix and match system that struggled during the Summer. Not to mention had a high power bill. The salesman from Creighton and Laircy did a more thorough job and suggested a system different than the other companies. He quoted a low and high speed system with humidity control. He also added a return because he went up a half ton and blew insulation in the master bedroom. After the system was installed last Summer I noticed the AC was running a lot. When I called to complain the salesman told me this was normal and to wait until I received my first power bill. He was right. My power bill went down $65 and ahs continued to do so. The power has gone down a little since this past Winter but not as much as the Summer. All in all, this has been a wonderful experience. The house is more comfortable and I am saving on my power bill.

I called Creighton Laircey to help with my air conditioner that could not keep up in the summer heat. Victor came out and measured the home, ran a heat load calculation and found the high ceilings were to blame. Instead of replacing my existing system, Victor came up with a separate system to handle 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. My home has never been this comfortable in 8yrs! After the installation was finished,(great install team) I asked Victor about the smell in my basement. He recommended we install a dehumidifier to handle the basement and crawlspace. once again problem solved. This company has been great to work with and has earned my business in the future.
