CRAWFORD CABINETS

The cabinets were OK -- the rolling bar was a disaster. My husband had to replace the wheels. There was a "bashed in" place on the countertop that I made the builder have fixed. Crawford sent someone out to replace the one section of countertop which was in between two other parts. The seams NEVER LINED UP -- were horrible. They were SO NICE when we were picking out the cabinets and SO RUDE when we tried to get them to come and fix the mess they made.

We had our current home built in 1999.  Crawford Cabinets was recommended by our builder, Jon Barnhart.  We saw examples of their work in their show room and thought they would do a good job.  The cabinetry in our kitchen, den, bathrooms, and laundry room were poorly made.  The drawers began breaking within a year .  The system they used at that time was a failure and they would not repair them.  The cabinets are a big disappointment.  When we attempted to have the owner come and see for herself what some of the problems were she was annoyed and her attitude was far different then it was prior to payment for this very large job.  My, polite, husband tried to talk to her on the phone about some of our concerns and she hung up on him.
I've since been told that the quality of their work and materials have gotten even worse.  I would never use them again.

They are top of the line in my opinion. I'm using them on the new homes that I am building I like the quality of their work and the products themselves. I will use them in the future and give them a high recommendation. Their total service is outstanding and they also provide reasonable prices. Very easy to work with and very friendly we have a good working relationship.
