I first went to Midas to get a price quote. Not only did the price it more than Craigs but they also pressured me to take care of a very dangerous wheel bearing situation which would add another 400 + to my bill. I resisted and left with their warning for me to be "very careful".
I went to Craigs and his quote came under Midas and when I asked about the wheel bearing they told me it was a bit loose but should not be an issue until I heard a certain sound and I would know when I had to get it replaced.
Love their honesty!
A prior visit had to do with one our car sparatically not starting. Our regular mechanic could not tell us what the problem was and said it was the battery. I took it into Craigs and within 10 minutes they told me it was the terminals. Everything was handled for (I think) less then $50 and was working wonderfully in a very short amount of time.
Again... honesty!

I would use him again in a heartbeat. He is one of those guys that you trust. He doesn't do any unnecessary repairs. He advises me on things that need to be replaced and because I trust him I have it replaced.
