Everyone was quite knowledgeable and professional.  Lisa was quite cordial and helped me check in my computer for its service visit. She said that they would make sure that my computer was worth fixing before I would be asked to spend money on the extra memory that I wanted them to add.
Terry worked on my old laptop computer.  He struggled with it for several days.  It was overheating and hanging.  He told that in order to properly repair it, it would need a new motherboard and a new cooling fan.  He asked if I knew anything about the recall of my computer a few years back.  Despite having registered it with the manufacturer and the retailer, no one had ever contacted me about that issue.  I told Terry that the display screen had already been replaced under the retailer's extended warranty program.  
When Terry told me that it wasn't worth fixing, I asked him if he knew of a good value on a similar computer.  He said that he had several refurbished laptops on order and that they were arriving the next week.  He called me as promised the next week when the laptops arrived.  I purchased a replacement laptop with a similar configuration and I couldn't be more thrilled with it.  It is working great!  The $313 price included their work to diagnose my prior laptop, the replacement laptop, and they even threw in a USB keyboard.  I thought that price was quite reasonable for what I received.    
Terry also told me about a great virus scanner program that runs off the cloud called 360 Total Security.  It sure beats what I was using previously (the Comcast version of Norton that really bogged down my computers).
I will definitely use their services again.  They were straight forward and my experience couldn't have been any better.

They charged me for the diagnosis. I like their professionalism, their courteousness, promptness, they didn't give me any good news but they delivered it well, and the facility is excellent.
