FANTASTIC SERVICE. I FIRST CALLED IN TO INQUIRE ABOUT REPLACING MY SCREEN. HE THEN GAVE ME ALL THE DETAILS OVER THE PHONE AND STATED THAT IT MAY TAKE ABOUT 3 DAYS. I WANTED IT DONE SOONER THAN THAT BUT AGREED TO IT ANYWAY. AFTER DROPPING IT OFF LATER ON THAT EVENING THEY CALLED TO TELL ME IT WAS READY. I WAS UNABLE TO COME BACK OUT AGAIN AND TOLD HIM I WOULD PICK IT UP THAT MORNING. WHEN I GOT UP HEADED TO WORK THE FOLLOWING DAY I MADE IT THERE AROUND 9:00AM, TO MY SURPRISE THEY DID NOT OPEN UNTIL 10AM. SO, I CALLED AT 10 TO LET THEM KNOW THAT I CAME EARLIER BUT THEY WERE NOT OPEN AND I WOULD HAVE TO PICK IT UP WHEN I GOT OFF. HE ASKED WHERE I WORKED AT AND STATED THAT HE WILL BE IN THAT AREA AND WILL DROP IT OFF TO ME. A FEW HOURS LATER HE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS OUTSIDE MY WORKPLACE WITH THE LAP TOP. I THINK IT WAS GREAT THAT THEY WOULD GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO DELIVER IT TO ME AT WORK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I searched and called many repair places no one would even take a look at my Problem.
I called The computer guys to about my Small business server ( super computer).
They came out Same day and did an immediate diagnosis. The tech took the time to listen to my problem in depth, before deploying a solution.
They look at every concern i had with care and precision. My repair went into after hours for a short time yet did not charge me after hours rates. They came back the next morning with a new Graphic card; replaced it and then tested it with a heavy load.
The card install took place on a Friday - the following Monday Clarence called and checked to verify the issue was resolved.
I am very happy with the services preformed by them .
I would refer them to anyone - they are honest and trustworthy.

I had a glitch in my computer. I was using it and all of a sudden I was no longer getting a video signal. Rebooted the computer and the display was fine until the BIOS finished loading. Then blank screen again. I took the computer to The Computer Guy. Michael and Clarence helped me. Both were very courteous. Clarence remembered my degree, my dogs, my workplace and several other details when we had talked several months ago. Outstanding customer service. Michael ran a whole slew of hardware and software diagnostics. When they didn't find anything wrong, they called me that same day and had me pick up my machine. The cost? $0 Amazing. I will keep recommending them to all my friends and sing numerous praises about them and their store.

Removed malware and fixed a slow corrupted computer. Installed new antivirus and did the job another computer repair shop didn't do. Very friendly,courteous and competent. They have a repeat customer.

There was a slight mixup on the time to pick up the computer, but once the computer was taken, it was handled quickly and all the files were backed up onto an external hard drive that we supplied. Overall, I am very happy with the service.

They are honest and fair. I have recommended them to others.
