Called around 11:30 AM, he was at my door by 1:00 PM and connected a new HP printer to my MacBook Pro. He was finished by 1:45. He even printed out an email for me that was difficult to print, because it was so lengthy, but he knew just how to isolate the part I needed, a mystery to me. They install and service all brands of computers. He was as nice a young man as I've ever met.
