Description of Work: I had to renew my contract and the cost more than doubled. They we not interested in helping me decide what services I could get at a lower price. I was interested in internet services and they were of no help with that either. Since I do not have any choice, outside of dish services, I had to go back with Comcast services for TV service but I did not switch my internet service. Didn't feel like they cared if I was a customer or not.
