My wife and I were first time home buyers. Riah Collier (grandson of founder) answered the phone on a Saturday morning and, on an improptu need, met as at a property to show us around. He talked to us for roughly 2 hours, giving no non verbal signals that he was frustrated with these here greenhorn newbies and all their naive questions.
In the end, my wife and I wanted to be in Grovetown and as of this writing Collier was not involved in any Grovetown construction in (over built, IHHO). We did not do business with Collier but I felt compelled to write this review to encourage others to access their expertise and quality. They build a very nice home, and for the price, do not skimp on materials like some out of town volume builders.
I recommend Collier to anyone who is evaluating homebuilders in the Augusta/Evans area. Riah's patience and teacher's spirit gave my wife and I confidence to forge ahead in our house-hunting endeavor. Riah was a real blessing to us.
