Clean As A Whistle

I had this company clean for me for a couple of years, and it was never impressive.  The longer they were in the home, the worse the quality got.  It got to the point that they often would not even wipe down my kitchen countertops,  dining room table, or forgot to vacuum areas of the home.  They complained loudly in the home about cleaning my home, while I was home.  I KNOW I kept a pretty clean, nice and neat home and that it was nothing worth complaining about.  I also was nervous about the staff always being a revolving door of 2-4 different people.  There wasn't much consistency, and it always made me nervous to not know exactly who was in my home.  I really just kept the service until I moved, because it was convenient.  All in all, very underwhelming service...could not recommend...

My friend met the cleaners at my house (I was out of town) and let them in. The main person confirmed the amount after doing a walk through. She addressed some issues that she may not be able to clean completely. They were there for about 3 hours, and cleaned the entire house top to bottom. I was extremely pleased with how the house looked when I arrived to move in. The price was great, the owner was very friendly and easy to work with, and everything I wanted done got completed.

I had used "Clean as a Whistle" in the past and was familiar with the company. Their cleaning was not "outstanding" but acceptable. When Melissa and two other employees were finished, I paid the $100 in good faith and did not do a walk through with Melissa, big mistake. Someone had broken of a fan blade in my living room. I called Mellissa 3 times that evening and was only able to get her voice mail. I called the next morning and she answered and said she had forgotten to tell me about the blade and that she would replace it. Since I had already moved out of the home I let her know how to either contact me or my next door neighbor who had a key to let her in. I returned the next day and the blade had not been replaced and Melissa left a message on my home phone (she has my cell# too) saying that she came by and no one was here. I continued to leave her messages for more than a week (she did not answer her phone or call me back) to let her know that I really needed to have the fan fixed and left her my neighbor's # and my realtor's #, both who could let her into my home. I left her one final message last night, letting her know that I hired her to make my move easier on myself and trusted her to do the right thing, and if she wasn't going to remedy the situation, at least, call me and tell me that so I could resolve this myself. 24 hrs later, no call and no correction to the damage that she caused.

They have done an excellent job; "general cleaning" of a room includes everything....even blinds, fans etc.
