Everything went great, I called to get a price quote and I was quoted a price that was 100.00 cheaper than one of his competitors and 200.00 cheaper than a national chain. He did great work and in a timely manner

Perfect....installed at the price he quoted, windshield is secure. Mr Williams is very kind. Will definitely refer him to others!

I was not disappointed when I selected Charlie Williams Auto Glass from Angie's List. I checked 2 other suppliers, one did not receive very good national reviews and the other local company did not respond to my message left at Angie's List. Charlie's price was in the middle.
The day before the work was done, I visited his place of business to verify the price he gave me over the phone and to confirm that the windshield he was installing had the automatic rear view mirror dimming feature and heated windshield wiper elements, the windshield quoted did. Charlie warned me that there could be an additional $32.00 charge if the rubber seal had to be replaced. Rust in the window channel would also require body shop work. He is a busy guy, fielding customer calls, explaining away problems with walk-ins, calling his suppliers for prices; yet he is very personable and genuinely communicates that you are important to his business.
On the installation day, I arrived at 9:30am as scheduled and was 3rd or 4th in line. From start to finish I waited 2 hours 40 minutes. Recommendation: Arrive early, like maybe 8:30am. The wait time wasn't objectionable, I brought along work, there was a comfortable couch and chair, power for my laptop was close. Charlie was in-an-out, answering customer calls and getting supplier quotes, he took me back to the shop a couple times, showing me the rubber seal had to replaced and that the window channel had no rust.
His technician was personable, knew his business, my car had no debris (they break the window to remove it), the dash and window glass was clean.
Time will tell whether the replacement window is sound and does not leak, but from my observation of Charlie in the day-to-day problems of dealing with the public, I have confidence that he stands behind his work. Being 27 years in business in a highly competitive field speaks to his business acumen.

What a great business and a true gentleman. I'm retired military and so is Mr Williams...you can tell by his professionalism, attention to detail and overall friendly demeanor.
I was having problems locating an auto glass person who would replace the deteriorating window seals on my 30 yr old Mercedes. Unhesitatingly, Mr Williams said he could do it. During repair, Mr Williams called me to let me know they found serious corrosion around one of my windows. Since I live 30 miles away and was in no position to coordinate with an autobody shop for the repair, Mr Williams took it upon himself to do it himself to help me out. The auto body guy was great.
Several months later, I was able to locate new window channel material, and Mr Williams was the and quot;go to guy.and quot; He's got a young assistant manager and many youngsters working for him.....all very professional and couldn't be more helpful. All I can say is that Mr Williams is my auto glass guy!

I have used this business for many years fue to the professionalism, quality of workmanship, and reasonable cost.
