We built our home in 2011 and unfortunately due to what appears to be a mislabeling of the wood flooring product we originally purchased our original wood flooring was substandard. Over the next two years The Carpet Shop did their best to rectify the issue with the manufacturer however in the end the manufacturer was unwilling to compromise thereby resulting in an ongoing law suit between The Carpet Shop and the manufacturer.
As soon as James and The Carpet Shop realized the manufacturer was not going to compromise to rectify the issue they took action to ensure we were no longer inconvenienced and performed the complete installation of a new wood floor (our choice). This included their paying for all associated costs and full credit from the original purchase. We only had to pay for the difference of the cost of the new flooring vice our original flooring. They did this with no guarantee of a successful resolution of their ongoing law suit with the manufacturer. Many companies state that they stand behind their products and reputation but unfortunately when taken to task, fail to perform. The Carpet Shop not only stands behind their products and reputation, they set the standard for all in business to aspire.

James Newsome and The Carpet Shop's customer care and professionalism are beyond reproach. Quite simply, they are the best of the best!
