Service fee was $65, but included pick up & delivery of 55" flat screen. Mr. Calamas assured me it could be fixed for less than a new TV. Within 24 hours he had it fixed and delivered and set-up and the picture is fine. Cost of repair was $400. Very please with professionalism and how quickly he repaired and returned it to us.
