Posey Home Improvements intially had tiled my kitchen for me.  His employees (Mike, Dennis, and Alan Hamilton) had used poor quality materials, even going so far as switching tiles from a commercial grade tile to a low quality tile without my knowledge.  When my husband and I saw the slovenly workmanship, we provided Mr. Posey our documentation and demanded that the incorrect tile be pulled up and replaced with what we had originally selected.  Mr. Posey ordered the original tile we requested and hired Conway Roberts to tile our floor.  Mr. Roberts removed the poorly laid tile and substandard backer board.  He used above standard backer board, which leveled out our tongue-and-groove wood floor beautifully.  His work ethics are above standard.  He did an excellent job, using spacers and working quickly and efficiently.  I cannot say enough about how good his work is.  Every time I look at my kitchen floor, I remember how carefully he worked to make my kitchen disaster become a kitchen I am very proud to show to anyone.
