These people are crooks. They lied about everything from the pricing to doing and inspection on my car. I always get a second opinion when it comes to my car. And when I asked about the inspection report. They said they only do a visual. Meaning I could’ve walked around the **** car and say. Everything looks good. They didn’t do what I took the car there for. I was very upset and not satisfied with these nasty people

I dropped my old pickup truck (326,000 miles) off without an appointment, expecting to be waiting a week to get attention. I was called the next morning to discuss details of the requested service. Within 2 days the repair was completed even with the replacement of the evaporator which had to be ordered.

The desk person kept me informed along the repair process. The work was completed way before I expected and I am happy with the results. Although I wasn't happy with the $1500 bill, it is right in line with the work performed and the parts installed which included an OEM compressor.

I am sold on this shop.

The overall service experience is great!. I get a letter reminding me of my up coming service, which I need to do, I am late on getting that service done. You can schedule appointments online which I did one time. I prefer to call.

C and C is awesome! I took my car in Friday morning, they gave me a ride to my house to pick up an extra vehicle. They called through out the day to inform me of the status. The last call was at 4:30pm letting me know it was ready!
