Busby's Heating & Air Conditioning

It went well very pleased.

Warning: Choose an HVAC service that charges based on time and parts, not by services performed. This is the third time that Busby's has come to check my package unit since we moved into the house. This visit has been the most ridiculous of those (though I wish my wife had not called Busby's in the first place based on the quote I was given to replace two capacitors last time they came). Busby's was more than happy to charge a $98 diagnostic fee for the pleasure of their visit, but once at my house told me that they would need to clean the burners before they could diagnose any issue. In the back of my mind, I already knew their quote for the cleaning...which is just needed to facilitate diagnosis...was going to be outlandish based on our previous interactions. The quick cleaning necessary to then test the burners was quoted at $220, so I asked the technician to pack up and leave. I would avoid wasting your money on Busby's and find a smaller technician who charges by the hour.

We are a member of their club. The communications are good. Working with them is easy. They have always responded quickly when we've called them to set up an appointment or if we need them for a problem. Quality is good.

They did a really good job with the installation, clean up, and quality check. It was all done very well. They did it quickly too.

We have used them for the last 6 or 7 years.

I belong to their heating and air club. They come our before each season, twice a year. They are a local company and do a good job with heating and air. The workers are personable and professional. They give you a heads up on anything that could go wrong.

Their quality and professionalism is high.
