Very professional plumbers. Fast service. They had to drive an hour one way just to get here. Fee includes trip charge. Called in morning work was completed before 4 pm.

The tank was pumped out without incident. Technicians were polite and knowledgeable. However the price paid was outrageous. Later I found out that we could have had the 1500 Gal septic tank pumped out by another service provided for $250.00.

They arrived promptly during the time frame set up and determined the best way to back up to the tank. I had to unscrew a couple fence planks to allow for the hoses since I have no gate on the side where the tank is located. They had to walk around the house to the other side where the gate was at and they didn't complain one bit. They dug up the initial lid and pumped out solids and liquids. They used the garden hose to help break up trouble solids (usually soaps) and ensure they got all they could. Additionally, they dug up the second lid to access another side since my tank has a full-wall baffle with filter. On the second side was primarily liquids and a few hundred gallons of it. Budget also hosed off the filter so it will be clean once the tank level gets high enough again. The truck was parked right next to my A/C unit and the driver gave me a heads up to shut off my air so it won't allow the smells to get into the house from the unit.

Our septic tank?s inlet valve was clogged and causing a back-up in the system and we decided to call Budget Sewer after reading some of the reviews here on Angie?s List.  They were polite on the phone and had a specialist on the way that same day.  Jerry called when he was on his way and when he arrived he was very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful.  He quickly had a plan of action and cleared the clog in under a hour.  He wore shoe covers, keep the work area clean (very important with this job) and left everything in a clean state both inside and out.  I will call Budget Sewer again for our next septic tank issue.

The plumber showed us that there were still roots in the line and told my son how to fix it himself.
Response from Budget Sewer Service Inc
"(Member Name Removed), We appreciate your business. Our office was called for a septic tank to be pumped. We arrived onsite with a pump truck and found the tank to be in normal condition, but the line was stopped up. Our driver called for a service van to run a cable machine down the line. Cable machines unstop blockages by either knocking grease off the walls or by cutting the debris (toilet paper / roots / etc) in the line. Our technician advised you that roots are still in the line and will grow back. Cutting roots out of a line is a temporary fix. Some customers choose to have the roots cut out when the line backs up rather than spend a large sum of money and replace the line. Sounds like our technicians did their job and followed standard procedures. We would like for you to be a return customer and I apologize if you feel we could have done a better service. I would be happy to talk with you. Call anytime! Thanks! Sincerely, Management"

Dion was prompt and courteous.  He came, as Budget Sewer agreed, and cleaned the toilet once a week (which in this case was only once).  The toliet was clean and he provided more than enough supplies (toilet paper and sanitary hand gel).  He picked up the toilet when agreed.  I just wish Budget Sewer could have picked it up three days earlier when we were done with it (but that should not reflect on Dion's professionalism or performance).

They proceeded to use their equipment to clean the drain of tree roots as much as possible and spent a lot of time cutting as many roots as they could. It's been working fine ever since.

Budget was able to work around my schedule.  The team arrived on time and got to work immediately.  They explained what they would be doing and how long it would take.  They were able to finish the job in 45 minutes.

Budget also gives military discounts to all service members.  I highly recommend this company for all your sewage and/or plumbing needs.

They are very, very good. We've used them 3 times in the last 37 years. We have our own sewer system and they have replaced that. They have also replaced the drain fields. They are very nice. Mine was an emergency and they had to come out the night before. The poor guy had a light on his hat trying to find the septic tank. He was very, very nice and he did it real quick. They didn't hardly charge me anything and they came the next morning and pumped it out.

After returning home from Europe, I discovered my plumbing was backed up. Fearing the worst, I contacted Budget to get an estimate. The response time was impressive. The technician arrived at the scheduled time, opened the septic tank and discovered that it just needed to be unstopped. I was glad to pay the $85.00 (I was expecting to pay a lot more). He then gave me some suggestions on how to continue maintaining my tank in good order.
