Very nice and polite. This was quoted on a fixed cost after reviewing what had to be done. Since it was on a fixed cost they seemed to be in too much of a hurry and tried to get done too quickly. Overall move was good but they could have been a little more careful.

They were one time, courteous, went out of their way to protect furniture and other items. Completed the task in a timely maner. Was very much satisfied and will use them again. Thank you

The only people that knew my pod numbers was myself and these movers. He tried to enter my pod while it was in storage, but the pod people contacted me for security reasons. I had not requested entrance.
These men moved so fast that my sister and I could not keep up with what they were taking from each room. I just now bought home and I hired 2 men and a truck, as I had in the past.
I thought that I could save money with a smaller company, but I made a very bad mistake.
It actually cost more for Big Boy Movers.
I supplied them with plenty of cord and blankets for protection of my belongings. I had not written, before now, because I did not know outcome of using Big Boy Movers until receiving the contents last week. I had 3 bags of cords that they did not ever open. They used a few bags, but not all of what I made available to them.
PODS has hooks through out the storage unit, but the movers did not take advantage of them. I have washer and dryer that were stacked on top of each other, but they were not secured. The dryer fell off onto my great grandmother's chine cabinet. The doors could not even be lifted from pod because everything had shifted. The appliances are very beaten up and dented everywhere---looks like they have been beaten with hammers. A very solid wooden desk was broken( a leg was broken off and the back was broken in half). I had to pay someome to haul it away. Antique mirrors were broken. We took pictures as the pods were opened, at the terrible state of contents inside.
The last pod had a metal ladder that had shifted and made it impossible to open door.Filing cabinets and office equipment has doors and drawers ripped off. I have not started unpacking my fine china and fine collectibles. My paintings are still not unwrapped. I am very afraid of what I will find.
My canvas tool bags of expensive tools are nowhere to be found. Yard equipment is missing. (Hedgers and edgers, etc) .
I was very good to this guy. I gave him my gas grill (because it was missing a roller). He also asked for a bike and I gave it to him, but these were the only 2 items that he was suppose to take.
He was not professional. I lost $1000.00's of dollars, because I trusted him. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS GUY.
I Still do Not Know The EXTENT of my loss.

It went wonderfully. From start to finish we were done in several hours..no drama..just a bunch of men working hard to get us sorted.
