Their recording keeping is horrible and you will have to stay on top of what they deduct from your rental income.  I have been repeatedly double charged for repairs on the house that have already been performed and have already been take out of my rental income.  Whenever I send them an email notifying them that they erroneously deducted an expense, the response is very short and unapologetic.  If this had happened once, I would be understanding; however, they offer no apology and repeat the same mistake multiple times.  I would not recommend anyone use their services and will not renew my contract with this lousy company.  Also, if you read their Google review you will notice "Harry Caulton" and "Lisa Parrish" both had the exact same things (word for word) to say aboutt the company.
