The price was reasonable

Originally, John had said that it would be two weeks before he would be able to get his guys and equipment to my place. When he saw how concerned I was, he arranged things so that he could get to my place within a week. His guys were friendly and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Very knowledgeable, informative and helpful in determining how to tackle the various issues and was straightforward with cost and options to save money and work with us to get all issues solved in the best order and by severity. This guy is great! He told me what they charge for things and then told me how I didn't need anything and that the tiny bit of mold I found in my crawl space was nothing to be worried about. He seriously could have taken advantage of me, but didn't!
