Troy was the service tech sent to give the estimate and make any repairs. I found this guy very professional and the price so fair that I didn't feel I needed to get another estimate for the small amount of work needed.

He explained and gave me options and prices on how he could fix and upgrade our system. I didn't feel rushed nor pushed to make make a decision fast and that was very appreciated. He had everything he needed to make the repair on the truck, so there was no wait. With the heat we were having in August and our system being out of order for several weeks, we needed fast service and we got it.

We needed one of the new heads replaced about 3 weeks later because it wasn't covering quite enough and they came out the day I called and replaced it under warranty.

We will be needing some other work done in our backyard after we have some trees removed and we will be calling these folks back for an estimate.

My entire yard is now covered. They accidentally cut the TV cable, but it was fixed by comcast within 4 days.

Showed up on time, what what was asked without having to be watched constantly, did a professional job.

The builder installed sprinklers in the front lawn--they just threw some pipes in there and coverage wasn't good at all. I asked Augusta Custom Lawn Sprinklers to come later and put in a system, with timer, for the back and sides of the house. They took the time to consult me about what I wanted and actually designed a system with good coverage instead of throwing in some pre-assembled parts. We were very pleased.

Fantastic. All seems to be fine now. At first our landscaper was going to do this work but after watching them attempt to operate system, I decided I needed more professional help. I got Jamey's number from a lawn supply company, one of the preferred distributors listed by Rainbird in our area. At first they were slow to return calls left on their voice mail. Once I got them they came and inspected job and made it clear in August it would be some days to begin work. They showed up as promised, exhibited substantial knowledge of the equipment and system needs. Work was completed as promised and as is well now..
