Do yourself a favor and only call this guy. Retired military and one of the most polite and punctual people I have ever dealt with. I will never use anyone else.

Carl did an excellent job. He worked alone the majority of the time. He was able to remove spots from traffic patterns in all the areas in each of the rooms he worked in. I would highly recommend him, His work is highly professional and the results show it.

They were punctual and polite, The gentleman administrator was exceptionally attentive to our requests. He double checked the prices we were quoted over the phone to ensure they were correct. Also offered to explain in more detail if needed. They had all their equipment in their van/truck and were very good, asked questions on what we would like done in addition to what they offered. Very good service, thorough and exceptional cleaning job. We will use them again. We especially liked their Christian faith displayed on their website too.

It went very well! I was pleasantly surprised to see the animal stains from my dogs were gone and they have stayed gone! I will def. hire again. I wanted the sofa cleaned but $80 was WAY out of my price range for the sofa.

It went exceptionally well. They arrived 30 minutes late but called to say they were running late. The communication was appreciated. Two gentlemen came and they were very professional. The job performed was excellent and my carpets haven't looked this good since the day of purchase. Even the carpet nap was lifted. Excellent job on the carpet he cleaned. I only wish that the gentleman had suggested that he also clean the stairs leading down into the room. I didn't think of it myself.

Carl was very professional, from the estimate to the finished product. He addressed every concern we had and even stayed overtime because we added an 8 by 10 area rug that had not been included in the original contract. Our carpets have not looked this good in years. We couldn't have been happier with the service!

Give them an A. Everything was wonderful. Stains that I didn't think were gonna come out, they got out. Their CleanPro system, it's not the harsh chemicals, so you didn't really smell horrible after they were done, and it uses a lot less liquid so the carpet wasn't super wet either. They were so professional. They did such a good job. They really took their time and I would recommend them to anybody, for whatever. I was just thinking this morning, how long has it been since I had my carpets cleaned; maybe I should have them clean next October or November, somewhere in there.

This was BY FAR the absolute best carpet cleaning I have had. The carpets were very fresh and clean, stains gone, and the experience was the best. He came when he said he would, went right to work, took his time to do an excellent job, and was pleasant and professional. He had expected to be finished awhile earlier, but he stayed until the stains were gone and the job was complete. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I was absent while he was cleaning but my grandma who was present could not speak more highly of him! She said he was sooo friendly and patient (even after I took an hour to reply to him to get started on the project after he showed up to my house!)

Cleaning process, excellent-however I was not aware my kitchen sink (a food area) was going to be used to rinse and clean equipment( approx-4 times or more. A response to a question I asked, was for me, discerning.

I had to leave Augusta for Spring Break and was trusting Carl would show up as I had a friend meet him at my house. Due to terrible storms, Carl was delayed by about 30 minutes, and he texted me 30 minutes before his expected arrival time to allow me to prepare for his weather delay, which is unheard of in his industry! Then, while he was at my house, the power went off! He was booked the rest of Masters Week, but he returned at the time Georgia Power estimated the power would be restored an hour after he left and waited in my driveway for an hour with an employee he paid by the hour just to complete the job, knowing how important the timing was due to Masters renters. He was very thorough and spent about four-five hours cleaning these three bedrooms and my sectional. The ballpark price he estimated for me without seeing the house and just having a general idea of the job was the price he ended up charging me; his rate is based on square footage. I only clean the carpets and couch once a year, so the investment is very important to me. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

All went very well - right on time - very professional and excellent attention to detail.

Punctual, professional, thorough. The two-man crew spent a couple of hours cleaning three rooms that hadn't been cleaned in a while. The carpets look excellent. Stains that other companies couldn't remove had disappeared. My only quibble is that they are a bit more expensive than other companies. Still, I would use them again because of the results.

The carpets came out great. You couldn't see the high traffic areas anymore and all spot stains were gone. I waited a couple of weeks before posting to see how the carpets would look after daily usage and they look the same as the day they were cleaned. Very happy with the result.

Carl meticulously vacuumed each room, and then spent time diligently cleaning carpet in every room. He worked over three hours and made our carpets sparkle! He is dedicated to his work, showed up on time, and puts every effort into making the customer happy with his performance. I highly recommend him.
