Excellent. Technician ,Brandon, was on time, very professional and knowledgeable, didn't hesitate to answer all my questions and taught me things I didn' t know about my A/C unit and it' s maintenance. Very pleased with repair work done. Feel price paid was reasonable. Brandon is definitely a HUGE asset to this company . It's employees like him that make a company successful and keep customers loyal to the business. Will definitely continue to use this company and recommend to others.

Before I called Atlas I saw a commercial from another company offering a free furnace with install. I had them come out and give me an estimate. He quoted me 2 prices - one for the same size unit and one for a bigger unit that he suggested was better for me. I always get multiple estimates so I called Atlas based on a referral from a friend and reviews on Angie's list. Mr Patrick Cutlip, the owner, came out and provided me an estimate. It was lower than the other company's estimate even with the "free" furnace. I asked if I needed the bigger unit as the other company suggested. He told me no based upon my house size and other factors. I should not spend the extra money. He could have tried to upsell me since I have no real knowledge of HVAC but he was honest. We scheduled the install for that Friday. On Wednesday, I received a call informing me that we would have to move the install to the following week because of a defect in the original unit. Because of this, he offered to replace my thermostat for my troubles. On install day, the game arrived on time and promptly got to work. One the were done, they cleaned up after themselves. The only evidence that they had been here was a shiny new unit. They did have to come back at a later time to install my thermostat because the person who was to install it was called to another job but that was fine. They just installed the thermostat today. The installer too the time to show me how to work it before leaving. Everything works perfectly so far. I will use them again. Thanks Atlas Heating & Air crew!

They were prompt and did a good job of diagnosing and resolving (at least temporarily until a permanent fix could be made) the problem.

The employees are always on time, always extremely polite, friendly, and professional. The service is always top quality, they answer all of my questions, explain the problem in my terms and offer multiple solutions when available. To top it off, the price is always reasonable.

The tech identified the problem as a failed gas valve. He had the part ordered and on its way before leaving the site. He was on time (early) for the follow-up to install. Bravo Zulu for this veteran owned business!!!!!!

When my old HVAC unit died in the heat wave in early July 2015, Atlas acted quickly to take care of it. (Many units failed that week!) They installed a new unit very quickly, considering the holiday weekend, and were very pleasant to work with. They filed for an applicable rebate as well. They come to check on the unit periodically through their maintenance program. The company is led by a veteran, Pat Cutlip, and employees are part owners!

My overall experience with this company was great!!  I would highly recommend Atlas Mechanical Services to my friends and neighbors!!!!!  They live up to their motto " Service Is Our Strength"!!!!!
