Appliance Repair
Our came to the dishwasher quit working and we called and scheduled the first appointment for Monday, June 10. He came to the house and spent about 15 minutes, replaced something, charged $115 and never checked to see if the dishwasher worked. Before he left, however, he spent a considerable amount of time at our front door telling us all about what brands of appliances and pretty well throwing our new washer and dryer under the bus,
A couple days later the dishwaser was full so we started it. It never completed the cycle and there was water left standing in the bottom. Tried to restart it but it would not.
Called an out he cam the next week. This time he spend a little more time and actually pressed the button to see if it worked. This time he didn;t charge us.
The dishwasher worked two, maybe three times and once again...water in the bottom and will not turn on.
Needless to say we will not be calling them again and will be looking for a new dishwasher.
