They're really helpful and very competitive. You get more of a knowledgeable staff here, rather than Sears where you sometimes get college kids who are sitting around. They really know about all of the equipment and they're there to help you. I would go there if I needed any repairs on my appliances. They're very friendly and responsive to my questions. They delivered and installed all of the appliances with next day service. I looked around and they have competitive prices. I go there every time I need filters or anything.
