Tommy and Tammy Garner run a very good fitness center, they have about 4 or 5 of them located throughout the CSRA and I have been pleased with my membership for the past couple of years. I would recommend them

I mainly go there and I have a monthly membership. I go whenever I want to go. I don't have a personal trainer. My experience with them has been good. I like them better than any other place that I have been to. It's smaller and it's not as crowded as some of the other places are. It is for 24 hours and it is $35 a month.
