This was a horrible experience. I had a pipe burst the upstairs of my home. My entire home was flooded. Upstairs and downstairs. Allpro refused to give me an estimate for the job to be performed and then just started working. They didn't dry my home appropriately. They only had 2 fans and 1 dehumidifier in my home one day. They did not drill any holes in waterlogged walls. I had to crawl in my attic to show them areas of damage from the broken pipe. They were very unprofessional and kept telling me that they have too many things to do at other houses. I understand that there is a large quantity of homes damaged with water at this current time BUT I do want my home to be fixed correctly. They kept telling me that I didn't know what was going on because I am not in construction. They didn't once ask me what my background was. The guy that was in my home doing the water removal told me that my home was "Completely Dry" upstairs and downstairs, when I can see water still seeping from the walls and there is still water underneath wood floor and Linoleum. I still have water in my walls. You can feel the temperature difference with your bare hands. They kept blaming me when something went wrong at my house or if I pointed something out to them. They would tell me that they would be at my house in 30 minutes and then take 1.5 to 2 hours to show up.
