I first met Nico (the owner) at the Augusta Home Show as I was interested in Simonton windows. We set up an appt at the house and he was very corteous and knowledgeable about the product and installation and gave us an estimate and ordered the windows. He had all the equipment he needed at our house and was very careful about removing my old windows and saving them for me and he was really careful to keep both the inside and outside of the home neat and clean. His asst did the shutters and they look great. Probably the only negative I could say was he was slow but I was in no hurry and it took about a week to do 13 windows. I would rather have someone be slow and meticulous than fast and sloppy anyway. It does take awhile to bend flashing correctly and caulk . He measured everything twice and all the windows fit perfectly except one which was the factories fault (he gave them the right measurement) and he came back as soon as he had the correct replecement. I have recommended him to friends as well.
