That was an excellent referral. I've been using them pretty much ever since Angie's List referred us. It was 3 or 4 years. The veterinarian is excellent. He diagnosed a problem that was difficult. Everytime I call them and order things, they have them when I get there. They've done a good job.

They did very well. Only issue I had was I stated I was a first timer on owning a puppy and not much advice was given. I asked how to clean his ears and the assistant took him to the back. I'm guessing she forgot.

We take both of our dogs to Acute Care Veterinary Service. The veterinarians are wonderful -- caring, gentle, and kind. They remember our animals and treat them with wonderfully. They also always have time to listen to any questions we might have and to give us thorough and considered answers. We will definitely continue to Acute Care.

Super service! I have had issues in past with a chain groomer who did not care for my high energy puppy. The folks at Acute Care made my Lab comfortable prior to taking her back for the session...mild play, tummy scratching etc so she could adapt to the environment. She was bathed, ears cleaned, nails clipped and anal glands expressed. She came back from her service happy and beautiful. It shows when groomers actually like dogs. Will return again.

We have four dogs who have been patients at one time or another at Acute Care. The doctors and staff there are wonderful! They are knowledgable, professional, friendly, and totally concerned with the welfare of their patients. I wholeheartedly endorse them!

Went for my first visit to this office. What for a wonderful office and fantastic doctor. He took so much time with my pet and very thorough.

When I called Dr Flood, it was to asked for help on a dog we found near Wrightboro and Hamilton. She had food aggression. Dr Flood told me they do microscans for free, so I went in later that night to check if the dog had a chip. NO SUCH LUCK! (why don't people chip their animals?????) They were just cleaning up for the night and I asked if we could perhaps get some shots so my other two dogs would be somewhat protected from any paracites and diseases. Conversely, I was told that adult dogs can carry Parvo that can kill a puppy. Dr Flood had gone home, but the vet working late (until 8 PM on Wednesday and Thursdays), made time in her schedule to do the shots. I was very grateful. We have an appt in three weeks for more shots..... but i hope to have the dog placed in a forever home by then. She is so sweet, but we can't have THREE dogs.

Excellent care and Buster was happy and well when we picked him up.

Both ended up being nothing serious. I really like them. They have modern instrumentation but I wish they had their own clinic. There office is located in an old house.

My German Shepherd broke one of her toe nails over the weekend. I called the clinic on Monday morning and they said to bring her in, even though I did not have an appointment. In between seeing their scheduled clients, they were able to remove the broken part of my dog's nail, clip the other nails, and gave me a prescription to treat a small infection from the broken nail. The doctors and staff are caring, professional, and friendly.

I have used them for a long time. They are very caring and I trust them with my dogs. They have someone walk your dogs if you board them there. They have an area where the dogs can actually play together. They don't mind if I call to check up on my dogs. They will also let someone else come pick my dogs up for a day and bring them back with my permission.

We really like the vet. She's great. Her attitude is very caring, loves dogs and cats.
Has really good rapport with the families about tough decisions.

I accidentally showed up for my appointment about a half hour early (just got my times mixed up), but they had no problem with that and were able to see me right away. The vet tech was efficient and gentle with my "baby" and Dr. Flood (who is familiar with our other cats and had seen the kitten for his initial visit) was thorough and helpful. We love all the doctors at the clinic - and the staff is super helpful and friendly.

They have been really great with my cat. Their prices are fair and very attentive and I had really great service with them.

I first used Acute Care when I returned from the UK, primarily because it was within walking distance of my home. So far, I have used their vet services to update shots and reccommend treatments for some persistent problems with one animal. The two vets I have spoken with were very personable and thoroughly explained their diagnoses. The staff is curteous and professional. My experience at every visit has been very pleasant. I have also used the associated boarding services. I found the prices to be very reasonable and the conditions excellent. I plan to continue using this company for veterinary and boarding services in the future.

The visit was very pleasant. we did not have to wait long to get into the doctor and it was a very quick check up and they did the shots and we were out the door for what I thought was a very reasonable price. They also offered boarding and it was very reasonable as well.

This was a standard annual visit, no problems, price was not a shock as it have been at some other's vets.

We have used Acute Care for our 6 cats for years. Dr. Brucker has treated everything from renal failure to cancer in our cats. He treats us and our cats with TLC.
