Heritage Painting is a locally owned and operated business. I have 30 years of experience, and my business motto expresses how I conduct business. My motto is: Combining excellence with integrity. As a customer, you deserve the best, and we are skilled to deliver that. As a homeowner, you desire integrity with reference to your paint contractor. First, you can trust us in your home. Second, we diligently strive to keep our word. When we arrange an appointment, we will be on time. If for some reason, we cannot make an appointment, we will call you to reschedule. Nothing is more frustrating as a customer than to have service providers not show up on time. We know your time is valuable. Third, integrity entails seeing a job through to its completion in a timely manner. You will not be disappointed with hiring Heritage Painting.

I hired Heritage Painting to repair a ceiling in my basement which had been destroyed due to water leakage. I then hired John and his team to repair the cracks in my living room ceiling, paint the full interior of my house and pressure wash my driveway, patio and deck. The only disappointment I had was that I ran out of work for them to do! I highly recommend John and his team. They were professional and did a really good job on my house. I refer them EVERY chance I get.

Great company! They painted every interior wall and baseboards plus my exterior shutters, door and mailbox. They even added two shutters to the window on the stone/brick accented part of my house when another company told me it couldn t be done. They did everything for the best price after I got three quotes. Very kind people to work with!

They were very conscientious of our time and took special care to keep everything clean and out of our way. They asked questions along the way to make sure they were providing us with exactly what we wanted, instead of just moving forward quickly and assuming things. They offered valuable suggestions and were in tune with the latest styles, and gave us options we had not considered. They also worked long hours and around other contractors to ensure our project would be done by our deadline.

We picked Heritage as result of reviews they have had. Their estimate was OK'd and work began 05/07 when John and 3 others began painting our living room. Next day by the end of the day all was completed, furniture moved back and rooms spotless. Exceptional job by Heritage.

I affirm the motto of Heritage Painting: "Combining excellence with integrity." It was a pleasure to work with John and his team, including his sons. John communicated openly and clearly, he did exactly what he said he would do, and he came when he said he would come or else he communicated in advance. Our project was big and complex, and our schedule was inconvenient in that we had to stretch it out in phases to fit our travel plans. John & team conducted the work thoughtfully & methodically, and were wonderfully accommodating of our schedule. And not only did we do business together in this painting project, but we talked and encouraged each other in greater matters of God. Not only was our home painted, i think it was blessed. I will definitely use John Otis and Heritage Painting again!

I really appreciated John's time and effort. He was able to initially meet with me on pretty short notice to provide an estimate. He was able to complete the work in the time frame I needed. He painted both my kids' bedrooms and I think his pricing was reasonable. When I'm ready to paint my bedroom I will be calling him again.

was on time and finished the work just fine but wasn't very good with cleaning after job was finished.

"This customer was happy with the work. Not sure what he means "not very good about cleaning after the job." I did not leave any mess at all, and as I was sweeping up a few minor things, he said don't bother because I will be cleaning the whole area anyway."

I was a little hesitant about reaching out via online to search for a painter. But, Mr. Otis and his sons at Heritage Painting did an outstanding job. Mr. Otis came to my house to quote the job. He was courteous and professional. He and his sons did a great job! We will definitely look to them for future painting needs. On a side note: I'm somewhat hard to please and they exceeded my expectations.
