THE WORK HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED, AND WE HAD TO BUY ADDITIONAL MATERIALS AFTER THE BUILDER HAD BEEN PAID. THE BUILDER DID NOT GET THE APPROPRIATE COUNTY PERMITS BEFORE DOING THE FLOOR JOIST WORK. THE BUILDER WILL NOT FINISH THE JOB. HE HAS BEEN ASKED TO FIX THE DRAIN AND SWITCHBOX, BUT HAS NOT.
