William came to the house and immediately got to work. He had the tools and expertise to get this job done easily, safely and effectively. Initially the mirror was not pressed on firmly enough and still had a gap at the top and sides. The owner, Bob, came out the very next morning to check on the mirror. He ended up pressing the mirror firmly again into the adhesive on the back/wall. And now the mirror is the way it should be. In the end I am very pleased with the job done and would definitely use this company again. Everyone I dealt with at this company was cordial and responsive.

First Glass Inc installed a 3/8and quot; thick frameless shower door in our master bath. They were very professional and out of all the quotes I got, they came in right in the middle, so not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Everything about the experience and install was fine. The only complaints I have (minor) are 1. Some of the mounting screws on the upper hinge were drilled at a slight angle, so the heads of the screws do not sit totally flush. This wouldn't be as big of an issue if it was on the lower hinge. 2. The glass was not cleaned after the installation was finished. For as much money as we spent (and the nature of this type of work), I would expect the installer to take a few minutes and clean the glass at the end. The original sticker residue from where the glass manufacturer had their sticker on the glass was left for us to deal with, along with all his fingerprints. Again, not a huge deal, but these small details are keeping this review from being an A+. I would also like to point out my wife was present for the install (I wasn't). No offense to her, but if I would have been present, I would have pointed these things out and given them a chance to make any changes. As minor as they are, it's not worth me calling them up and pitching a fit. At this point, I'll just spend 10 minutes cleaning the glass and live with the not so flush screws. Ultimately, these items should have been taken care of without anyone having to point them out. Overall, we are happy with the product.

Overall it went well. A problem occurred when they realized too late that the part received was not correct, resulting in a delay with completing the job.

Bob came out the next day after contact to provide an estimate. Once we made the decision to install the door, we received prompt service. The door looks great.

We had First Glass install a 3/8" frameless shower door and panel. Bob came out and measured, and gave us recommendations and an estimate on the job. He was very knowledgeable about the project. The installers completed the installation soon thereafter, and the crew was very thorough and efficient. Spencer was very detail-oriented and meticulous, which I appreciated. After installation, I noticed a series of fine scratches on the door, that apparently happened during glass production, and were only visible when the light shone directly on the door. The crew came back out, and Spencer took the door down and spent a good deal of time polishing out the scratches until the door was perfect. First Glass is a great company, does excellent work, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Excellent job. There were no surprises and First Glass finished the job as promised.

Bob came out on Tuesday 10/13 and measured. He installed the following Tuesday the 20th. The installation was quick and the end result is fantastic. We are thrilled with the new frameless shower enclosure and door.
