Heating and Air Conditioning Service
A nightmare. We were dropped from the Right Choice program, because of the numerous errors in the system. We spent a year chasing after America's Best Heating and Air to try and get them to fix the system. We finally filed a complaint with the state licensing board. In addition, we had to sue Mr. Vickers. We won our lawsuit to the tune of $8,364.00. Mr Vickers said that he was not going to pay. We are now in the process of trying to collect the judgment. We garnished his bank account and only got $881.02. Since he claims to be insured and bonded, I don't understand why he will not file with his insurance.
