"Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I am so glad that you are satisfied with our services!!"
"Thank you!!!"
"Thank you so much!!!"
Keep in mind all these problems I will list have been ongoing and taken up 7 to 8 of my off work days so I could meet Airmaster for repairs/corrections.
The pipes froze up first night.
Zoning baffles were wired in reverse.
Baffle was installed in bad design (tech said should have never been installed in this system). Was removed but I did not receive any refund or credit for the cost of this item. Owner of company simply ignores my question about this.
Pipes freeze again.
Fan not running to proper speed.
Thermostat installed in corner, behind door (improper per Carrier installation manual). and was soaking up wall heat and making a/c run continuously. (still a bad problem that they did not correct).
System will not keep up with hot days. Thermostat may se set at 78, outside it is 85, separate room thermometer shows 79 degrees.
OR in this case thermostat will be set to 78, indicate 78, but system continues to run for hours and room thermometer reads 72, getting way too cold, but system does not turn off.
Installed larger vent since system will not cool upstairs. So loud and strong that you can not sleep in room with noise and air blowing on you.
Thermostat clicks loudly waking you up.
Thermostat is still lite in the "light off" setting keeping room bright - their solution, put a towel over it!
I can go on and on. System still does not work properly, is loud. It is so loud when the upstairs zoning is on that I have to turn up the downstairs TV 50% more to be able to hear.
I have asked twice for Airmaster to remove the system so I can find another provider to install a well designed system.
They did not take me seriously about designing a system to cool the house properly. They simply threw a cookie cutter system in the house.
To date I have a dispute in process with Wells Fargo.
Today is October 1, 2014 - the saga continues.

Today is January 27, 2015. I had an a/c company come out that was referred to me by Carrier Corporation. There are so many things wrong with this system it is pathetic. The baffle they removed originally should have been left in place, but installed properly. The new a/c return vent that Airmaster installed inside a closet was a gross error. Explains why only the bedroom (next to closet) gets colder than rest of 2nd level. They installed it there because it was convenient for them to do. Very bad choice of locations. Thermostat behind door is terrible spot and wrong per Carrier manual. Thermostat should have been installed closer to a return duct midway on 2nd level. New vent had been installed over catwalk. OK spot, not enough air flow since Airmaster used too small of ducting. The best guesstimate to have the system rebuilt properly will run $1900!

My dispute with Wells Fargo was closed since Airmaster responded by telling Wells Fargo that they fix the problem under warranty. They are unethical and blatantly lied. Sure they fixed one legitimate item that failed under warranty, but that was only one out of several issues going on. The point is this system was not engineered to fix an old heating and cooling issue. They simply took guesses and basically just replaced old broken equipment with over priced new items. New a/c company I hired to give estimate indicated for $9000 I paid way too much or could have had much better equipment for the price. Now I am held hostage by Airmaster that lied to Wells Fargo, dispute has been closed, and I want to keep my nearly 800 credit score intact. Caught up in a $9000 bill that did not work.
Received a call from "Gary" and he told me it would late in the day but he would make sure I had my AC working today. With this being a holiday weekend I was really pleased they could see me at all. I thought it would be Tuesday but that was not the case. Gary called and let me know he was about 20 min's away and would be here soon. I even told him if he wanted to wait until the morning that would be ok with me. I wanted him to spend some time with time with his family but he said he would rather take care of me and the family. He checked the unit and it was the fan and a few other things. He and Justin had everything they needed on the truck and they both went to work and had my unit working in no time at all. They checked everything just to make sure all was good.
I cannot say enough good things about these two guys. They both were pro's and told me what was wrong and what needed to be replaced and why.
I would always use this company and in the future (if I need anything) I will ask for Gary and Justin. Many thanks to both of them for taking such good care of me.
"Thank you so much for this review!!!! Glad that we could resolve your issue before the long weekend!"
Very professional and reasonable service. They did not rest until I was 100% satisfied (which is - according to my wife - not easy).
As a matter of fact, our downstairs system just broke too and they will be replacing it in a week from now!
"Thank you so much for your continued trust and confidence in our service!!! So glad you were satisfied with our service at your home!!!"
When the installation team arrived, they did their job in a very professional manner with great respect to my home and made sure I understood how everything worked before leaving.
Jason came back during and after the install to inspect the work and make sure it was done perfectly. He also provided another opportunity to answer any of my questions.
All in all I am very happy with the job this company did. I've been looking for a quality HVAC Company in my area now for 8 years and have finally found one I trust.
I look forward to working with them again.
After arriving Jason gave both Chris and Todd instructions on what and where to begin work. The young men began setting up immediately. They explained throughly what the cleaning processing entailed step by step. They worked for approximately for four hours without a break. Shortly after they began work on installing the dryer vent. Their work was outstanding while both Chris and Todd remained very professional. Their clean up was thorough.
Jason, Chris and Todd are a real credit to their company.
"[removed member name] I am so sorry you were not happy with our company's visit to your home back in November. We were not aware that you were unhappy. I have looked over the transactions that were made with you through our company. It looks like you purchased a coupon through Angie's list getting our maintenance service at a very low reduced rate. Our office contacted you the same day about setting up your maintenance. You said you preferred a morning appointment which is usally one of the first time frames to book up. My office offered you a morning the following week because it was the earliest morning appointment available however they let you know that if you could do a different time frame they could get you in earlier. You told the office that the day we scheduled would be fine but if you were able to earlier you would let us know. Our technician came out in November and performed the maintenance on your system. After this date we did not hear from you again. Therefore we were not aware that you had a problem. The service technician that was out to your home is no longer with the company so we can't ask him about your service. Please in the future if you have any questions or concerns call us. We strive for great customer service and cannot achieve this if we don't know a customer is not satisfied. Thanks, Jason Presti Owner"
