AIR CONDITIONING DOCTORS

Air Conditioning Doctors came out on a Monday to fix a Heat Pump that was not cooling. They put Freon in the unit, but they did not check for a leak and all the Freon was gone by Thursday. It was a huge waste of money. We had another technician come out and he told us the coils were bad and the Freon was a waste of money. The technician told us that a lot of people started crying when he gave them the bill. He never gave us an Estimate of what needed to be done and how much it would cost before he started the work. Afterwards he wanted to sell us a leak detection service for $500. They were too busy to do the leak detection service for another month. There was a sticker on the unit with the Serial Number and I looked it up on Carrier's Website and its under Warranty. The technician acted like it was too complicated to get Warranty information. I guess because they are not Carrier Dealers and could not rip you off for more money. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Installation was professional and efficient.  Both Tim and Matt Hilmo are professional, courteous and responsive.  They did what they said they would do at the agreed upon price. No extras or incidentals.  I recommend them and their company without reservation.

 I called at 10:00 am and they came at 2:30pm, which I think is fast.  He had it fixed within an hour. 

I discovered that the compressor unit had shut down early in the evening and I did all the homeowner investigating that I felt comfortable doing. Everything appeared normal but the compressor would not kick on. Fearing the worst; the next morning I called Air Conditioning Doctors and requested service. I was told they could be there early in the afternoon, within a couple of hours I received a call from the technician, Matt, verifying my schedule and arranging to come out. Within four hours of my initial call Matt was on-site and in action. It took a little over an hour to determine what the issue was what the probable cause was and to engineer a solution that resulted in a successful repair. Matt was efficient, knowledgeable and resourceful a real professional. I would recommend Air Conditioning Doctors to friends and family without reservation.
