Justin Brown, owner of ACE Flooring, moved out of state. He never returned a phone call regarding scheduling the installation. One of his installers finally called and installed 1 room of the 3 plus hallway that needed to be done. The molding was so poorly done that I had to have it replaced by other contractors. After talking to many people trying to schedule the rest of the installation - employees seemed to be leaving after 2 weeks employment - I canceled through Home Service Store and went with an independent installer who was great.
