For a number of years, I found Julian Philips, the owner to provide a responsible and reliable service. I left it up to him to provide the services, as needed. He charges by the hour and, gradually, I noticed his workers increasingly "fudging" their time. I would be at home, unbeknownst to them; they would finish mowing and then hang out in their truck killing time. I was billed for that time. I thought that was the fault of the workers. Then I e-mailed Julian to stop the service for the winter as I typically did; I was subsequently billed for a service that I had not needed or wanted. I e-mailed him, expecting him to tell me to disregard the bill. Instead, he manipulated the charges, applying them to other services. I paid the bill and never contacted him again.

I like them a lot. They are very good from a value standpoint and they do nice work. Julien, the guy who owns it, is a great guy.
