Wayne is an excellent plumber and with my help found the source of the problem . He replaced and rerouted the drain lines from the dishwasher and washing machine.

His prices are a little high. He offers free estimates but when he came out to visit and we said no, he charged us for the travel charge. Now I know he doesn't offer free estimates because I don't see the "free estimate" part of his ad in the church bulletin. Overall though, he's a great plumber.

I like him because he is easy to get along with and he came when he said he would. My house is a little bit old, but he did a good job. His price is not cheap, but I'm pleased with his job.

He arrived on schedule to do the work and was pleasant and timely in his response. We have had no further problems with slow drainage since he was here. I pay for everything by credit card and do not know the price of the work. The job was accomplished satisfactorily and I recommend him.

Wayne has been doing the work on our house for 15 to 20 years. No one would ever call him a bargain, but it's absolutely worth the money we pay him for the peace of mind we get. And we trust that if he tells us we need something replaced - it needs to be replaced. Likewise, we can count on him telling us all the facts when we ask about the newest products and innovations, so that we can make informed decisions. He's past the point where he does emergency night and weekend visits, but he tells you that up front so that you know to call someone else if the plumbing backs up on the weekend.

HE WAS EXTREMELY DETAILED AND LET US KNOW WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO. HE DID THE WORK VERY PROMPTLY. HE WAS THOROUGH WITH HIS WORK. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE PIPES HAVEN'T LEAKED. I PLAN TO USE HIM AGAIN.
